River Luxury Spa provides full body massage and spa services to the general public. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made via phone, online platforms, or in person.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

4. Payments

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or after the service, as applicable.

We accept payment through approved payment methods available at our spa.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We request that cancellations be made in advance.

Failure to attend a booked appointment (“no-show”) may result in refusal of future bookings or applicable charges.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before receiving treatment.

Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.

Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Liability

River Luxury Spa is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit, except where required by law.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis and results may vary between individuals.

9. Gift Vouchers & Promotions (if applicable)

Promotional offers and vouchers are subject to specific terms and validity periods.

They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
